Chronically Alive Not Chronically Ill
Grab my hand as you are being dragged along this same crazy ride of chronic illness. You are not alone. I want to connect you to a whole world of people who are stuck on the same roller coaster we are. Join me and live chronically alive instead of chronically ill
Am I More Then my Chronic Illness?
My name is Becca Pava. Ever since I was a young child I’ve suffered from debilitating chronic illness. Along with chronic illness comes, pain, fear, frustration, family issues, and depression, but I have learned to rise above and became chronically alive.
Chronically ill to Chronically Alive
I want to spread awareness to the public. I want to show them what it means to live chronically alive. This includes family, friends, and especially the medical community. This blog can show them the raw truth of chronic illness. This is a brief glimpse into my life. I also want to offer hope and inspiration both to others who suffer from chronic illness, like myself and the for the general public. If I can get through the day-to-day with the insidious beast of chronic illness, and come out chronically alive, then so can you.

My Podcasts
In addition to just writing blogs, I also have a BA in writing from Elms College and have published three books and multiple literary journal articles. “Was I Ever Normal”, “Changing Destiny’s Destiny,” and “When One Door Closes”. “Was I Ever Normal” has been featured in The 2023 LA Times Festival of Books and is sold in hundreds of bookstores all over the US and internationally. A press release went out about it this past winter. It has 8 five-star reviews on Amazon and multiple other positive reviews all over the internet. My book “Changing Destiny’s Destiny” is my latest released novel and is most closely based on my life. On my shop on this site, you can purchase podcasts where you can hear me read aloud chapters of my various books aloud chapter by chapter for almost no money.

Escape Chronic Illness: Stay Chronically Alive
In addition, I write blog content for various companies through a place called Verblio. Then there’s my job where I help write screen content for an app that is being developed to increase overall wellness.
Even though I have a chronic illness that has at this point turned terminal, I refuse to give up on my dreams.
